Who We Are
Meet Your Physical Therapist:
Miss Lauren
Lauren Bowling, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Hello, and Welcome to My Happy Place!
My name is Lauren (aka “Miss Lauren”) — I have been a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy for nearly eight years, gaining multifaceted experience and clinical training across various clinical settings, patient populations, and treatment models throughout my professional career. During that time, the Lord revealed to me that I was to devote my work to children, and ever since entering the world of pediatrics, He has cultivated such a passion and love in my heart for all my kiddos that I have the blessing of working with.
I founded Willow Bay to move away from rushed, clinic-based care and toward something more intentional—where each child receives one-on-one attention in an environment where they feel safe, comfortable, and free to be themselves and work at their own pace. My approach is rooted in connection, play, and trust. I believe meaningful progress happens when therapy feels natural, engaging, and integrated into a child’s everyday life.
I was born and raised in Baldwin County — this is home. I’m so excited to serve the families and children of this community. Thank you for the honor and privilege.
